All,
We use Exchange 2000 and OWA.
We've set up a number of public folders that are of type 'contacts' and then created distribution lists within these 'contacts' public folders.
When using the Outlook client it is possible to browse through the public folder list, find the distribution list you're seeking within the public folder, right-click the list and select 'new message to contact'.
However, when we use OWA to browse to the same public folder and then select the distribution list within the public folder, the 'send mail to list' icon is greyed out.
If you create a dist list in a user's own contacts folder then this icon works - it is just when using dist lists in in public folders that this button appears not too work.
Any ideas appreciated!
Thanks,
Adrian.
