OWA Address List query

problem - Have some non exec Directors who we have had to give mailboxes specifically for use with OWA only. Have been instucted to give them access to a limited address book only whilst leaving the full GAL for our usual users. Is this possible? As far as I know OWA gives access to only the default GAL and you cannot set up individual ones.
Anyone know the answer please.
