OWA access to all mailboxes

i have just installed a new exchange 2000 server, how can i have access to all mailboxes via OWA?

i used to be able to type

http://servername/exchange/username

and access anybody mail box like that. now it asks me for there password

You need to have access rights to view each mail box:
