OWA 2K Problem with 'To' Fields + other features

Here is the situation:
We have an E2K Server with W2k running OWA in the DMZ.

When I connect either internally or externally with IE6.0 or 5.5 I get no preview pane, no clickalbe "To" when creating a new message or any of the OWA 2000 features.

Anyone have any idea why this is or what could be causing it?
