OWA 2003 and blank messages

We're using Exchange 2003 server and users out on the field are now reporting that when using OWA, although they see all the mails, message bodies are blank and messages that have an attachment are shown as "Page cannot be found".

Anyone familiar with this issue?

do you have URLscan installed? I had similar problem because of urlscan scan blocks certain extension/character

No I do not have URLscan installed.

Strangely, this problem went away by itself. All of a sudden, OWA is back to normal. Weird.
