Does the license on the NEC OW5000 ever expire? Have system that says "OW5000 administrator is running under grace period valid until 12/4/2015". Suspect loss of connection to the License Server. Ideas?

The short answer is no.

Has anything been upgraded lately? Some upgrades require that LMC be upgraded also.

If not then yes, I would verify connectivity with the LMC.
