I needed to reboot the management server , did a ovstart -v and this is what I got:

log on as oracle, i ran "tnsping ov_net" it worked. but when I did "sqlplus opc_op/opc_op_password@ov_net" it failed with errors:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
HP-UX Error: 2: No such file or directory
It worked before.
What do I do to restart the database? what is the problem?
