Overwriting files

Dear all,
Programmers on the forum has been great help. I need your help again. I am creating workbooks out of the data stored in a workbook. Since whenever I save the workboooks they are of same name I can't be bothered about clicking the YES button individually to overwrite all the files. I want a button which overwrite all the files on a single click.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Actually I don't want to rule out the possibility of overwriting the files individually as well. One might want to save certain files and reject some of them as well.
