hi,

i am currently working on an excel spreadsheet that has 3 sheets in the work book and two macros however, it is 13.5 megs in size!!!!! i have tried deleleting all of the content in the sheets to try and work out what was causing this but it is still 13.5 megs in size, does anyone have and suggestions?

You could try this.

1. start a new workbook.
2. insert the right amount of sheets.
3. select the entire sheet on the original workbook. select copy.
4. goto new workbook.
5. select entire sheet.
6. paste special - values
7. paste special - formats
8. paste special - formulas

repeat the copy/paste special for all sheets.

you could then copy the macros over afterwards. but try the first bit to begin with.

This should remove any funny data stored in the workbook.
I have had this problem before. I never figured out where the extra data came from.
