I have a customer who cannot dial 13 digits for overseas calls...quits dialing after 12 digits. They have a Legend 7.0 with a PRI. The dialtone provider tested and says the switch is prevented from dialing 13 digits. Where in system programming do I go to allow a max of 13 digits?

Check under Lines and Trunks,PRI,Outgoing tables,Special services,Delete digits,BY default it will delete 3 digits on all entry, change that and the system will send exactely what you dial ,and will not absorbed any digits.Give it a try it should work. Good Luck!

Sam,
Thanks much! What value should I replace the "3" with?

Sam,
We're in business. Thanks for the help!
