OverRide InBound CallerID

Is there anyway to override the callerid name on a inbound PRI? I am the IT person for a SMB and everytime I call in they don't understand I'm the IT person and answer it about 50% of the time. Anyway to change the CLID name to be "IT Admin" or something.

I thought about if I make a contact or something with my PSTN DID or create a hunt group with a name. I just was hoping there was an easy way to do this. Any thoughts?
 
build an incoming call route for your sip or pri line and populate the incoming cli field with your telephone number and also at the bottom name the tag field to say it support.

Another way would be to simply add your number to the directory of the IPO..

ICR - TAG Call to say IT Admin
Directory
Create a hunt group call IT Admin and point the ICR to that.
