Is there anyway to override the callerid name on a inbound PRI? I am the IT person for a SMB and everytime I call in they don't understand I'm the IT person and answer it about 50% of the time. Anyway to change the CLID name to be "IT Admin" or something.
I thought about if I make a contact or something with my PSTN DID or create a hunt group with a name. I just was hoping there was an easy way to do this. Any thoughts?
