Hi There,

Im trying to replicate some artwork for a company.

Im trying to create an optical illusion using a pattern of lines and then intergrating a logo into the line pattern.

AN example of what i mean below.

<img src="
As you can see the text is visible from a distance but if u look closely the text is created with a small widening of the line where the text is. is this an overlay function?

I have been told there is a way to do it in either illustrator or photoshop?

can anyone help me?

There are lines and there is text. What happens is that the same hue value (same color) is used so it seems that everything is just one piece.
Basically all you have to do is place the text over the lines and change the blend mode or just the transparency value. This process works the same way in Illustrator and Photoshop.
