I over sold an inventory stock item (with lot numbers). Later when I printed the stock status report I expected to see a negative qty on hand but found the on hand quantity to be zero. Why didn't the item quantity go negative, I suspect it has something to do with lot numbers but am not sure? How do I fix it?
