Overhead paging with Cisco UCM 6.1 1

Does UCM 6.1.2.1127-1 support Paging (using 7961 phone)
we have Valcom paging system, that is working ok, some areas you can not hear the paging, those area has cisco 7961 phones installed

can we use the 7961 phones to page specific phones in area where paging using valcom is not heard?
can we use the 7961 phones to page specific phones and also hear the page on the Valcom speakers?

yes, but you will need a third party product, foe example ipcelerate or berbee to do so.
What you are trying to do is not supported natively.
