overflowing calls to an external point

We overflow our calls when all agents are busy to our overseas office but the calls are logged as lost on the reporting software.Are we setting this up wrong.

What do you mean reporting software? Ip office call logger, smdr, delta server? or 3rd party app like tapit or callwhere pro?

Are you overflowing to IP Phones configured against your gatekeeper (IPO) or exxternal phone numbers.

Are you using CCC ??
