I don't think it's possible but it is work asking. On R9.1 Essentials in a IP500 V2 Is it possible to have incoming first routed to a hunt group, then if the hunt group does not answer in XX seconds get routed to the auto attendant? The person wants the phones "live answered" unless they are too busy rather than having the auto attendant as the default.

I think I thought through that a little more. Let me know if this makes sense.

I'll create a sequential ring hunt group, then add a member dummy user and have it forward unconditional to a short code that forwards to the AA. Sound plausible?

you nailed it, make that sequential hunt group the overflow for the main hunt group, and you have AA answering after a delay

You also can put the forwarded user at the bottom of the extensions list of the sequential group, then if all users are on a call or not available the calls end up in the AA unless all VM channels are busy then the calls are queued against the group.

intrigrant, thanks, I didn't think if that, I think that makes more sense for this setup.
