So duing the day the AA picks up on ring 6. They use NS during the lunch hour so AA picks up on ring 1. What I want to do is to have an answering service as the oveflow during the daytime. Is there some trick to set it up so that after 6 rings it maybe forwards to a CF enabled extension? Actually what would be ideal is if it covered to AA and then after say 2 minutes on hold it CFs to the answering service. Possible?

it sounds like you are describing the delayed call forward feature. two minutes may be a stretch, but six rings sounds reasonable
