Here is the situation:

CICS with Call Pilot 100
All lines answered by Auto Attendant, prompt #2 goes to the service desk where we have 2 phones(ext 221 and 228) that I have ringing. If these two phones are busy, I have the caller forwarding to another extension (ext 234) located outside of 3 offices, where the call will ring and the be answered using "Call Pickup". However if the Service Desk sets are ringing and being ignored or there is no one there to answer them, I can only get extension 234 to ring once before flipping the call over to the Gen Del mlbx.

If I intercom either 221 or 228, it will ring 4 times and then forward on to the ext 234 and ring there several times. Which is what I want, but I can't seem to make it happen with an incoming line.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

I made some changes to the settings mentioned, Recall is now at 12 and DRT is now at 10. Things work fine when the calls are not answered at 221/228. The non answered call will forward out to 234 and others can use the Pickup feature to answer the call.

However, whenever both sets (221 and 228) are in busy mode, a second call will come in and ring these sets. Calls will not forward to the ext 234 when busy (even though I have both sets CFB to 234 in programming). 221 and 228 have only 1 Intercom so it is not coming through a 2nd IC path.

There must be a setting I'm missing, I can't seem to get the calls to route to 234 when extensions 221/228 are busy......any ideas on this.

Thanks
