I have a huntgroup on 7.0(23) which is overflowing to another group with one user, that user unconditionally forwards to my embedded AA via shortcode.

I am having issues toning down the amount of rings before it overflows and actually forwarding. I was hoping to check myself here on the forums. I thought that provided that there was an overflow group set that the Overflow time takes precedence in determining the rollover. I have it set to about 18 seconds, but it takes 30 seconds to actually forward to my AA.

Ideas?

Hmm, I think its actually ringing the entire no answer time set on the overflow before it actually forwards. Setting the overflow on my primary to 2 seconds is emulating a total ring of about 15-16 seconds. Im happy.

If your no answer is 15 secs and your overflow time is 15 seconds it will overflow after 15 seconds, however if your no answer time is 14 seconds and your overflow time is 15 seconds it will overflow after 28 seconds as it will only overflow once a full round of the no answer time has been compelted once the overflow timer is active.

I hope the above makes sense as I found it hard to explain this clearly even to myself lol
