I have a query of 6 fields and in access 97 select Tools/Link it with MS Word 2000. I select Link it to a document all ready created. I get the overflow message when it tries to open the selected document. There are only 120 records in the test data...and my machine is powerful--20G,120RAM.... Do I need to index all the six fields???or what. Thanks for any insight to this problem. [sig][/sig]
