Overflow from ring group when members busy?

Hi,

I have a LIK50B running UK93M-E.0Do MAR/09 and 5 LIP8012D stations.

I have two ring groups, each with two stations:
620 - sales office group
621 - admin office group

I have inbound calls routed to group 620.

I would like this to happen:
When a call comes into 620 - both phones ring at the same time.
When both phones in 620 are busy, both phones in 621 ring at the same time.

If I make 620 a 'Ring' group and set 'Overflow Destination':621 when both stations are busy, calls queue until one station in 620 becomes free unless 'Overflow Timer' is set.

If I set 'Overflow Timer' to 5sec, calls start to ring at 621 after 5sec, even if both phones in 620 are not busy.

I have managed to set what I want by making 620 an 'ACD' group and setting 'Alternate Destination':621 This correctly causes calls to overflow to 621 if all 620 stations are busy, but it does not cause both stations in 620 to ring at the same time when a call first comes in. Calls alternate between stations according to least used station. I could set Pickup on this group, but I would like them to both ring together.

Is this possible?

Fine choice of PBX! iPECS-50 (LIK50).
Only Ring groups make all phones ring simultaneously.
Linked pair could be used, but if the phone is answered the second phone will be blocked.
Personally I would program one group for all phones.
The group type should be ACD - because of the many features.
But it depends on what service is expected.

thank you!

I will try setting them all to ACD and then set the priority 0 for the sales stations and priority 1 for the admin stations. I will set pickup on them all so that admin stations can pick up sales calls if needed.
