Overflow Error with exporting to word.

I have the same issue, and have not found a solution to exporting to word.
But if its any help with the matter, if you are out-putting to a PDF file this overflow error will not happen.
I have loads of code to export to a pdf file, and that you are able to assign the file name and path etc.
