We have several VB3 applications installed on hundreds of systems, and have started getting "Overflow" errors at seemingly random times on Windows XP. This behavior started about a year ago and seems to be steadily getting worse.
The applications are order based accounting types of apps accessing DBF database files using the Q+E Multilink driver.
Sometimes, shutting down virus scanners and other applications that are running seems to help, but other times we can't even get the errors to stop when booting in Safe Mode.
I know others had this problem a while back in the now closed thread : thread221-1014097 .
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
