We have a Nortel ACD and SCCS 4.2. On one of our skill set's that has about 20 toll free #'s pointed to it, we need to set up an arrangement on three of the #'s to overflow to a secondary call center when service level
thresholds are broken, either hold times or calls in queue exceeding a certain limit. Does anyone know how the script needs to written to accomplish this? Is this even possible?
