Overflow and Scroll bars

Hi,

I have a div tag which i have had to use overflow,so the whole layers scrolls. Problem is it comes up with 2 scroll bars, one at the side, the other at the bottom.

The one at the bottom is greyed out, but can i get rid of it all together?
