I read some specs about this card and saw that the normal memory frequency is 166Mhz. The problem is, my card's "default" was around 83, and I can't increase it over 100 as artifacts are all appearing on screen. Is there a problem with my card? Mine's the Inno3d Tornado card.

I'm kinda wondering if this card has DDR ram fitted because it looks like at 83mhz is exactly half what it should be (Double data rate 2 x 83 = 166mhz) only thing is from my own memory of these cards they didn't fit DDR untill the GTS and Ultra models??
