I have been trying to get this Veritas backup Pro to work and I have been getting nothing to retarded answers from my Rep so I am turning to your guys.

It seems like the Software manual says that they cannot connect through a firewall into your network. They say that I have have them Ras or VPN into my network.

Is anyone allowing this though the firewall? and what port if you know
