Over quota

We have a blackberry server, with only 2 handhelds, and have today started getting this message when we send an email to 1 of the handhelds that the mailbox is full and is Over quota

The outlook box is not at its limit, and the blackberry is set to keep only the last 2 weeks worth of emails.

When the email comes back and you resend it, the email address is our user @imap03.bwc.eu.blackberry.com

any help/advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like you are using a web (bwc) account. Unless you set the web account to delete email every X days, that account will fill up quickly and give you the quota (or similar) message. At least, that has been my experience.
