BCM 3.6 extensions are experiencing over hearing when on internal calls

Have you CAT5 network or standard telephone wiring

You might be right but this just start happing,also I recently install an expansion cab.I am also lokking at my DTMF resourses ,PEC.

You have just installed an expansion cabinet. There is an issue with expansion cabinets if you do not use the cat5 cable supplied with the expansion cabinet. It is to do with the distance the expansion cabinet can be from the original box.
