hi Guys

is this possible....

I have Avaya IP Office R7 Manager

I want it so an external call comes in and dials extensions 201 then after 2 rings it calls 202, then on the third ring it falls onto 203 and then fourth ring falls to everyone!

i have created multiple overflow groups and set the overflow time to be 2 seconds but it doesn't seem to be working.

thanks

did you add all the overflow groups into your first group that has 201 in it?

your overflow timer will need to be the sum of all members in the initial HG * the no answer timer (if i read correctly your initial HG is a Hunt Ring group?

Indeed, this is easy to achieve you just need all overflow groups in the first groups list :)

thanks guys

this works but can i lower the no answer time? system default is 15 seconds?

Thanks Again

Why all those overflow groups?
You need one sequential group and one collective group.
But this is really really basic stuff.
