Actually my all VMs (CM/SM/SMGR/AES/ACR) are fully configured and working well. I wants to make OVA of these VMs so that in case of Server or HDD crash i may reinstall the OVA of these VMs one by one and in that case since i have took the OVA with complete configuration then i dont have to build or restore any old database. I am taking the snaps after every 15 days but our head wants another copy of machine on local desktop.
I have not used Veeam and not sure veeam will export the OVA online, i mean does it export OVA while the VM is ON???
Completely unsupportable. Even Veeam isn't technically supported and I've seen it cause problems.
You take an app level backup and restore that.
everything but ACR is quick, easy, simple and supportable.
Or, use a SAN.
Either way, your servers should at least have 2 disks in RAID 1 for no single point of failure and if the server dies, get another of the same and just pop the disks in.
It is possible to make clones of your current VM's and then migrate those off via moving the storage and Vmotion but that's going to be way harder and more time consuming than it's worth. Plus restoring from a clone that's been motioned can be tricky due to MAC's and keys and certs and some other fun stuff.
Like Kyle mentions, this type of situation is what RAID is designed for. Use that instead. Much easier to work with and quite reliable.
