Hi All,
I have set event forwarding on CS for OV_Application_Down event. What I am expecting to see on the MS is whenever an openview service goes down on the CS, CS would forward an OV_Application_Down event to the MS.
The event is configured as a log and display Major alarm both on the CS and the MS.
When I test with xnmtopoconf -test the CS is shown as configured for event forwarding and passes all tests. But when such an event is generated, it is not forwarded to the MS. I tested with network capture and did not see any TCP traffic between the MS and CS. All are SNMP get and responses.
Any ideas why this might be happening.
