OV NMS shows switch as generic icon

Hi All,

I have question about HP OpenView NMS. I have few Cisco Catalyst 3750 switches that show up as generic icon (not switch icon with multiple ports like a node icon). I verify that the switch have same configuration as other switch (shows up as right switch icon), the snmp is correct and so does HP OpenView configuration. Does anyone have suggestion or opinion on this? Any help are appreciated and thanks in advanced.
