My customer wants to restrict extensions from making outbound calls, but yet be able to dial 911. How do I program this on a Legend R7?

Outward Restrict w/ 911 capability

Just "outward restrict" the extensions - they should still be able to dial "911".

Oops - I guess you DO have to set up an "allowed list" for that extension - with "911" as the only allowed call
