Outtlook 2007 cached mode and viewing another calendar

A member of staff is required to view another member of staff calendar. Unfortunately, when she her Outlook profile is in cached mode she cannot see all the calendar entries of her colleague. However, when she is in non-chanced mode she is able to see all the calendar entries

Any ideas
