Outstanding POS for Liquor Store Needed

I am in search of POS Software designed for a Liquor Store/Retail Store. I am looking for something that can replace our current software which we are not very happy with.

I would like to hear suggestions on products to looks for. We are looking for something that is easy to use, easy to maintain, handheld inventory (PDT) interface that does more then just scan a barcode and allow me to enter in a qty, price changes need be able to be flexible, ie: I don't want to have to change the price off each product indivdually like I do now, I want to pick products from a certain supplier and increase/decrease the price based on % or $ value and base that increase on my choice of current price, current cost..etc..etc..

We are looking for something much more flexible that we already have -- the one we have is turning into a nightmare to maintain.

I second the suggestion for Microsoft’s Retail Management System. My company actually specializes in liquor stores here in MN with the software.

Whoever you buy your stuff from - RMS is the way to go, just make sure your partner is experienced! We also have some educational materials on our front page, do some research.
