Outside lines different between handset and handsfree?

We are using IP1140E phones and I came across an issue this morning. We dial 9 to get an outside line...when I dial the number using handsfree it goes through no problem. When I dial the number using the handset it comes back as busy. Anyone have any idea why this would happen? Do I need to reboot the phone system (I think this will solve some other issues as well)?

Yes I agree with you.
When things like that start to happen,
Can't transfer etc the reboot is required.

Check the prime for the set. None/IC.
