Outside Inbound Calls Not Coming Through

Sorry, I'm fairly new to this. Our IT dept. took this over from our Plant Ops dept. in December and I'm still learning the ropes.

I've got a M2008 that is not receiving incoming calls from outside lines. The line goes to the standard "This # is no longer in service" message when dialed from a cellphone for example. I know that NCOS controls whether the phone can dial outside, etc. But what controls whether an outside caller can reach a #? I'm assuming it has to do with something in the CLS, but I can't locate it.

Here is the report for this TN:

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Is the telephone on "Call Forward"? You can only tell from looking atg it, or from Tracing it in LD80

If it is on Call Forward, you need to see what Extn 1760 is, since that is the last place the phone above was forwarded.

Another possibility is the number "Fell off the DID range" - it is simply a billing and administrative issue that occurs from time to time. For that, you call the phone company.

The number might not be part of you DID range. Check your LEC (TELCO)info for you DID range, usually on billing.

If it is part of your range you are paying for, then call your telco and tell em it's not working.

Maybe it's pointing to a intercept treatment in LD 49?
