Hello,

There are folks on our system that are required to dial outside calls without an outside number prefix "9,5,8...etc." Everyone else on the system is still required to dial a "9" first. Is there a way to setup the system so some users will not need to dial a "9". I am currently using avaya site administration.

Thanks,

You can st them up an abbreviated dialing list. Then those users can dial the abbreviated dial access code, the list number and the call is gone.

The other numbers sound like they are personal CO lines.
