outside calls

2 lines ring on one phone when it shouldnt be. Let me explain...

x1143 gets the calls placed to (555)555-1143 but it is also getting calls that are supposed to go to x1959. Its only happening on Outside calls. Yes I have DID's. Not sure why, it looks setup right, but its not...

Things to look for:
Does ext 1143 have an answer DN for ext 1959? Is ext 1959 forwarded to 1143? Does the target line for ext 1959 also appear on 1143. Is the target line for 1959 primed to 1143?

Many settings could be wrong..
Check (or have your vendor check) appearances, prime, call fwd, and target line programming
