Outside calls not going to voicemail 1

Apparently, one of my extensions is not allowing outside calls to be routed to voicemail.

The extension in question does have call coverage path. The first point is the extension of the secretary. It then rolls over to users voicemail. Problem is that outside calls are not routing to voicemail. Have you had a problem like this? It is only happening to one extension.

What does happen with outside calls? what kind of message do they get?
If the station has the same cover path as other stations that work correctly, then I would suspect the COR of the station can not talk to the COR of the voice mail port or hunt group.

What kind of system do you have? Look at the coverage path and compare it to one that is working the way you want it to. Lke GMinTx suggested, look at what you have for outside calls in the coverage path.
