Outside calls not going to new extentions 1

I have a Partner ACS R. 5 and just added another 308ec so I now have 2 308s, the prossessor and then the VM moduale. I got all the mailboxs associated and everything within office seems to work. When an outside call comes into the AA and a new (26-33) extention is dialed it rings ext. 10. I know it is probably something simple that I am missing but any help would be great.

Ok so after a little play I figured out that ext 26-29 work if dialed from the outside. It is ext 30-33 that do not so I am now unsure if it is a programing error or a bad 308ec?

Did you move the VM module from where you put in the new 308 card, if so did you take those ext's out of the VM hunt group?

Make sure selector code 3 in the Auto Attendant is set to direct extension transfer. Day and Night.

THANKS 1043, that was it, selector code 3 was set to go to a sub-menu and not direct ext trans.
