I have a Legend, and I am running Comet voicemail/auto attendent. Comet is detecting hangsup perfectly on an inside call via the intercom to the voicemail ports, but on an outside call it is not detecting hangups and keeps the ports open.
The Comet people said that the outside lines may not be dropping loop current. Is there a way to fix this or any othe rsuggestions?
