Outside Calls Don't Forward

Hi All,

We're having a problem with our Call Manager (v. 4.1) or Unity (not sure which version).

A user has her phone forwarded to a cell phone. When her extension is dialed from another internal extension, it forwards to her cell phone with no problem. When an outside call comes in to her extension, it doesn't forward. Or rather, it may ring her cell phone once and disconnect.

What should I be looking at here? Is there a way in CM or Unity to trace the call to see where it drops?

I'm much obliged for any advice.
 
It might be a codec mismatch issue.
What kind of GW are you using?
Enable traces on CCM..
