Outside call restrictions on a Partner R 7.0

Is there anyway, with this release, to restrict phones from making outside calls unless they place in an access code?
#401 doesn't do the job because the client wants specific people to have access to outside calling on any phone in the building, so restricting a set to inside calls only won't work.

Try #403 system password, you can go to any restricted phone and override with password.

Try forced account codes #307. Look it up in the manual for directions.

If you use the system password, or account code, change them periodicaly. The codes get out eventualy.

You do not always get what you pay for, but you never get what you do not pay for.
