outside call direct to AA

I have a Merlin Magix Processor r1.5 v6 in a 3 cabinet legend. I am adding Merlin Messaging. When a call comes in on line 1 the caller hears-"your call is being transferred." Then the caller gets the AA. How can I program the Magix to go direct to AA?

Make sure the ring is turned off on your mail ports. Central Program code *345...just one of the first things to check.

It sounds line the voice mail ports are not programed in. When ports are programmed for integrated VM it will automatically deal with setting the ports for no ring.

If you want calls to route directly to the autoattendant - you need to sssign the outside lines/pools to your voicemail calling group (usually 770). If you have a merlin messaging you also have to rotary enable all of the voicemail ports.
