hi,
I am sending an access report to a LAN drive in snapshot format. Using the OutputTo action works great except I keep getting prompted with a message saying the file already exists, do I want to overwrite it. I always want to overwrite it when the macro is run so I am wondering if there something that can be done so that prompt does not come up? I have SetWarnings to "no" before the OutputTo action but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

THANKS!!
CMH

Have you tried to convert the macro to a module? I never work with macros because I hate them :)

If you put it in a module I bet the setwarnings false would work.
