Outputting report to Word

When a report gets output to Word it is actually saved in Rich Text (RTF) format - this is why you lose the lines.
Alternatives that preserves format are to export in Snapshot format (for which you need Microsoft's snapshot viewer to view) or as a PDF. Of course, both of these formats are read-only.![[pc2]](/data/assets/smilies/pc2.gif "[pc2] [pc2]")
