outputing to dvd from AE6

What is the best way to get a DVD from a AE project. Output as Uncompressed avi and use an external program/Premiere to convert it to mv2. Or is there an easier way?
and if I have to go through another program is the difference between uncompressed and dv noticable?

Creating avis and moving from program to program to maybe recompress will affect the quality since it will add particles or teh compression is different from program to program (depending of the codec u have) I always work with targa files when composing in AE when I have the final result then I move to vegas or premier import the sequence and tehn create the final avi or MPEG to create the DVD.

works for me that ways since i try making avis and not liking the results.
