Posted in general area - excuse the double post - didn't know this existed so...

Somehow my LaserJet tries to print out the rear output tray when it is closed and therefore paper jams or if I open the rear output tray the printed output comes out to the top output tray - completely the reverse!!! The main way I have always controlled this has been simply open or close the rear output tray and this determines the direction of paper flow.
I have reset to factory settings - no change
I have reviewed the manual for potentially switching this inadvertently by pressing menu keys - can't find any override there.

Would like to resolve - any ideas? Running WXP

Thanks
